Review: Estate Agent Simulator

Estate Agent Simulator promises a fun and new experience for all those who haveïis interested in simulation games. The concept sounds very nice: You got to become an estate agent, buy and sell houses, set up the houses nicely and grow your business. Unfortunately, reality appears to be far less rosy.

What immediately stands out are the numerous bugs and glitches that further ruin the experience. The gameplay does not yet feel ready and often frustrating that you are stuck again. There are too many options and mechanics that are not worked out properly, making playing quickly confusing and unclear. I find it hard to find a clear direction. 

What is meant as a relaxed simulation, is because of these technical problems very annoying. The lack of a good tutorial or guidance also makes it difficult for new players to find their way into the many options the game offers. I was really looking for an hour, what exactly was the point?

The reviews on Steam also confirm my experience. Many players are disappointed and give low scores due to poor execution, lack of depth and technical problems. The idea of the game had potential, but its effect does not seem to match the expectations and the fun trailer.

In short, Estate Agent Simulator is a game that might have been fun, but in its current state is mainly frustrating and disappointing. If you're looking for a good real estate simulation, you better start looking for others.
