Review: Sims 4 Enlargement, Business and Hobbies
The new enlargement Sims 4 Business and Hobbies, adds a whole new dimension to the game. Players can now create their favorite hobbyâ€TMs real companies! With a wide range of new skills, creative careers, investment opportunities and a wonderful new world, this expansion offers a deeper and more versatile experience for both casual and experienced Sims players.
Start, manage and teach company
Starting your own business has never been so simple and versatile. Sims can now start their business from home or purchase a special business lot. Thanks to the innovative Ticket Kiosk system, they can generate revenue in different ways, such as asking for entrance fee per visit or using an hourly rate depending on the type of company they run.
The success of your company largely depends on customer satisfaction. The better your reputation, the faster your business grows and attracts more customers. By creating positive experiences, you earn benefits that you can invest in special business bonuses. These are divided into three unique categories: neutral, manipulative or visionary. With these choices you can run your business exactly as you want, whether you're an honest or a cunning entrepreneur it all can!
One of the coolest new features is that Sims can now teach in their field! This means that you can not only become an expert in pottery or tattooing, but can also transfer your knowledge to other Sims. Depending on your skill level, you can offer beginner lessons or master classes. You can also organise workshops. As a teacher, you get student reviews, which affects how popular your lessons become.
Investing in SimoMunt
One of the most surprising and modern features in the pack is the introduction of SimoMunt, a digital currency within the Sims world. However, this function is not directly available to every Sim, there are certain conditions that have to be met to mine SimoMunt.
To unlock SimoMunts, players need to start a small business first and reach the fourth level of neutral to free up the 'in SimoMunt investment' perk. Only then can Sims start mining and trading SimoMunten.
New World, Clothing Styles and Decoration
Nordhaven: This city is inspired by Scandinavian cities such as Stockholm and Copenhagen, and has a wonderful mix of ancient architecture and modern cityscapes. Nordhaven is divided into two neighbourhoods: Gammelvik and Iverstad
Mode: The extension adds a wide range of new clothing styles. From artistic outfits that fit perfectly with tattoo artists to trendy Scandinavian streetwear, there is a unique look to create for every Sim.
Furniture & Decoration: Numerous new furniture and decor pieces have been designed for creative workplaces and craft studios. Players can choose from sleek Scandinavian interiors, industrial workspaces or cozy craft studios, giving each company or hobby space its own atmosphere.
My Opinion
What? this extension So cool, is that you can actually turn your hobby into a business! I have already tried out the pottery and the tattoo artist-carriage myself, and especially the tattoo artist feels like a fresh, new addition to the game. It is not only a creative hobby, but also a completely new field for Sims to grow in. You can really go anywhere with your creativity! Do you want to start a babysitter service and run a cozy care for toddlers and children? Or perhaps a hug farm, where visitors can pet cute animals (perfect if you have the Rural Life expansion). And if you like nightlife, why not build a disco bar in the basement, complete with a DJ booth and dance floor?
I'm sure I'm gonna enjoy this for hours! There are so many possibilities to discover, and I can't wait to try out all the options!
