Review: The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered

The Audio is very good to fine tune. Everything is loose: Master, Music, Effects, Voices, Ambience.
And once that new Jeremy Soule soundtrack starts, you know, yeah, I'm back in Cyrodil.
The world sounds lively, from whistling birds to the clatter of your armor. It breathes atmosphere, and the gameplay options are also extensive. You can fine tune difficulty, customize HUD settings, or just play chill with auto saves.

And then the moment you step outside the city walls.
The first rays of sun fall over the hills, the trees rustle softly, and in the distance you hear the river flow.
Oblivion Remastered feels like coming home, but with a fresh look.
The graphical improvements are beautiful without losing the soul of the original.
It remains the same adventure in which you decide who you are: hero, thief or magicër, but everything plays smoother and looks better.

The quests remain timeless.
The Dark Brotherhood remains dark and compelling, while the Thieves Guild is full of smart missions, and every Oblivion port you open still provides that familiar “Oh no, here we go again”- Feeling.
Only now does the hell of Oblivion seeóI'm more terrifying.

Eventually, it's about that feeling:
No rush, no stress, just wandering around, discovering and getting lost in a world that lives.
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered proves that good games never really grow old, they grow along with you.
