Assassinâ€TMs Creed Shadows may appear on Switch 2 in December

A release date seems to have been leaked for Assassin’s Creed Shadows on the Nintendo Switch 2. According to reliable sources from Dealabs, the game will appear on December 5, 2025.

The information follows an entry by a French retailer, who had previously posted the game on his website. According to current data it will be a game card with digital download code, a common method for larger titles on Nintendo platforms.

Pre-orders would start on 7 November, indicating that Ubisoft will soon be an officialëPresident. - The debate is closed.

The arrival of Assassin’s Creed Shadows to Switch 2 was already coming. In April the game appeared for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC, after which the European classification body PEGI added the Switch 2 to the list of platforms. In July, Ubisoft-CEO Yves Guillemot also hinted that “new versions on other systems” were developing.

With the release in December the stealth action series seems to find its way to Nintendo’s new generation console.
