Battlefield 6 Season 1 revealed: three explosive phases and free content for everyone

Electronic Arts and Battlefield Studios today have the officialële trailer launched for Battlefield 6 Season 1, announcing a series of new content and modes that will be available from 28 October. The trailer offers a first look at what players can expect from the new season, which is rolled out in three phases.

Phase 1: Rogue Ops – from 28 October The kickoff of Season 1 starts with Rogue Ops, an actionful update that introduces the brand new Blackwell Fields folder. This map is designed for large-scale fighting and chaotic confrontations. Strikepoint is also added, a tactical 4v4 mode in which collaboration and precision are central.

Phase 2: California Resistance – from 18 November The second phase brings players to the suburbs of South Californiaë with the map Eastwood. This is all about destruction in the new 8v8 mode Sabotage, in which teams compete to destroy as many strategic locations as possible before the time runs out.

Phase 3: Winter Offensive – from 9 December Season 1 concludes with Winter Offensive, an atmospheric update that transforms the Empire State folder into an ice-cold battlefield. This phase includes exclusive seasonal content and promises a fresh twist to the gameplay.

Accessibility and fair play Battlefield Studios emphasises that all gameplay changing features are available for free or can be freely played. This approach underlines their commitment to fair and accessible multiplayer experiences for all players.
