Review: RV There Yet?

Oh, oh, what a hype again! RV There Yet? Everybody talks about it and everyone wants you to play. And well, if everyone plays it, then you have to get in the car yourself, otherwise you miss the ride!

First impression

RV There Yet? is a delicious, chaotic co-op game in which you together with friends try to guide a motorhome safely through all kinds of obstacles. Think of narrow bridges, muddy paths, stones falling off the mountain and even bears that destroy your camper! Teamwork is really everything in this game: One drives, the other navigates, one has to fix constantly, and in the meantime you try not to get into a ravine... The concept: You and up to three friends running together. één motor home on an alternative route, the dangerous Mabutts Valley. 

With friends more fun than solo

With friends there is RV There Yet? Real chaos but also a party. The chaos creates the biggest laughs and makes the game perfect for a cozy evening or stream. It reminds me a little of titles like Overcooked or Phasmophobia (not genre but atmosphere), working together, arguing and laughing how everything goes wrong! 
Unfortunately for solo players this is not the right game... You feel RV There Yet alone? soon empty and monotonous. The fun really comes from interacting with others. What I also miss about the game are open lobbies, in case people don't have game friends who can still play with others.

In brief

The price quality ratio is super! Not yet. €8.- you can have a lot of fun with friends! The pity is that there is only one route, so the road you take is always the same, so the challenge becomes less and less the more often you play it. I hope they'll release different routes! Storyline is minimal, so the focus is really on the Co-op fun. Besides, the dolls look genius, too ridiculous!
