Review: Solarpunk

Solarpunk is exactly the kind of game you can disappear into for hours without getting it. This beautiful cosy survival game combines building, exploring, automation and relaxation in a colorful world full of floating islands and sustainable technology.

What stands out immediately is the atmosphere. The world feels lively, peaceful and inviting. Everywhere you see green, futuristic buildings and an environment that encourages you to play at your own pace. This is not a game you hunt! It's a game that lets you enjoy.

What is the purpose of Solarpunk?

In Solarpunk you build your own sustainable home among the clouds. You collect raw materials, grow crops, create new objects and develop technologyën working on renewable energy. As you continue to grow, you can discover new islands, expand your base and become efficientëBuilding smarter systems.
A nice part is that automation plays a major role. You can make processes smarter with technology and create your own self-sufficient paradiseëRun.

Multiplayer makes it nóG nicer!!

Solarpunk also gets an extra plus because you can play this with friends!! Build, discover and create your dream world with friendsëRun.

Collecting raw materials together, admiring each other's creations and building a common base gives the game an extra dimension. For many cosy gamers that is exactly what completes a relaxed game night.

The sounds are great

One of the absolute highlights is the sound. When the rain starts to fall, the game almost turns into a soothing meditation. The soft sound of raindrops, combined with the natural ambient sounds, allows you to fully relax.

It's from those moments when you stop building or collecting and just enjoy the atmosphere. And I've never had this before!

Solarpunk is now available for xbox, nintendo, PC and ps5. This game seems to have everything to become one of the most relaxing cosy games of the year. The combination of building, farming, automation, exploring and multiplayer ensures a wonderful gameplay run, while the beautiful world and soothing sounds let you completely relax.
